About The Camp
Are you looking for a place where you can balance a holiday with High Performance Gymnastics? Look no further.
In summer 2022 we are offering you the opportunity to come along to the stunning Algarve Region of Portugal with 30+ degree heat, beautiful beaches, great activities for the kids plus some of the best technical experts in the field of Gymnastics.
A camp like no other, where clubs can come as a team, individuals can come or families can come with their gymnast(s).
Each day will consist of:
- 1x3 hour training session led by one of our technical experts
- Professional lectures in sport performance, including; psychology, S&C and technical work.
- Round table meetings for coaches to pick the brains of the technical experts.
- Parent lectures to help you support your Childs gymnastics dreams.

GB Junior coach & head coach to one of the most proliffic tumbling gyms in the UK, Milton Keynes Gymnastics. Mikey is Coach to current world age champion Jack Leahy as well as multiple other GB senior & junior representatives.
